Gaïa Studio - Ceramics

It is with a great passion for ceramics and a profound admiration for your initiative to bring together a community of creators that I submit my application. My work is part of a unique artistic approach, blending the purity of forms with the richness and complexity of the glazes I craft by hand in my studio.

Trained by experienced ceramicists, I have developed a technical and artistic expertise that has allowed me to perfect every stage of creation: from shaping thrown or molded forms to the development of my own glazes. The latter, true central elements of my creative universe, are the result of continuous research and an eco-responsible approach, integrating natural materials and reflecting on their environmental impact.

The layers of glaze and crystallizations I master give my pieces a unique character, like abstract landscapes inspired by nature. These subtle textures and nuances evoke at times the relief of a mountain at dusk, and at others the depth of a moving ocean. My goal is to transcend the utilitarian to make each piece both functional and poetic, where contemporary design harmonizes with a timeless aesthetic.

My approach is based on a balance between tradition and innovation. The simple, clean forms I throw or mold are designed to enhance the play of the glazes and to integrate into modern or minimalist interiors. A constant search for quality and authenticity drives me to experiment, while respecting a meticulous manufacturing process that honors traditional craftsmanship.

Ceramic vase - French craftsmanship

Small vase or large mug, the choice is yours!
Porcelain piece with crystallized turquoise enamel, made in the workshop.
This crystallized enamel technique gives strength to the piece and lends it a certain magic.
This enamel gives magnificent effects and nuances to the piece.
You can see flowers as well as an abstract landscape.

Exterior enamel consisting of a superposition of 2 high-temperature enamels.
Turquoise satin interior enamel.

Height: 12cm
diameter: 10cm

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0628/0567/2141/files/objet-de-decoration-vase-crystal-atelier-gaia-ceramique-1.jpg?v=1790777844
ocean-and-island
Ocean and Island

Decorative ball - Handmade
A perfect sphere that holds a small universe of islands and colours…

Closed stoneware ball made using the throwing technique.

The enamel used is a micro-crystallisation enamel which requires a complex high-temperature firing technique in order to allow the crystals to develop on the surface of the enamel.

This product is intended for decorative use only.

Diameter: 11 cm | Height: 8.5 cm

Material: Smooth white stoneware | Color: Blue

Unique piece

The manufacturing time will be 4 to 6 weeks, plus postal delivery times (48/72 hours).

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0628/0567/2141/files/ocean-and-island-atelier-gaia-ceramique-1.jpg?v=1790777880
vase-eucalyptus
Eucalyptus Vase

Ceramic vase - Handmade

Unique White Stoneware Vase – 25 cm

Discover this exceptional white stoneware vase, crafted on the potter's wheel with care and passion.
