Each form arises from an intuition followed by research, which she materializes primarily on the potter's wheel. This tool allows her to shape the majority of her production. At times, she uses the coil-building technique, which allows her to appreciate the slow pace and a certain letting go, necessary for creativity. She works with black grogged stoneware, Saint-Amand stoneware, or clays harvested in the Toulouse region. In each of her creations, she seeks a balance between graphic lines and architectural detail.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe hues and textures she develops evoke at times the oxidized surfaces of Breton ports, and at others the mineral and vegetal shades discovered during mountain hikes. What deeply inspires her is the presence of raw material—rock, roughness, texture.
