Handmade Notebook - French Craftsmanship
Monochrome Series
This series highlights the work on relief and textures. To perfect the monochrome look, the edges of the notebooks are tinted the same color as the cover.
I mainly use scraps of buckram fabric from the workshop assembled together, and sometimes I add scraps of classic fabric or decorative paper.
This has two advantages: ecological, by upcycling elements that would otherwise be thrown away, and aesthetic, as it involves a different creation for each copy!

This series is part of what are generally called blank books: the pages are blank and can be used as you wish, such as a notebook, journal, guestbook...
On them can be written comments from visitors or friends, your travel notes or deep thoughts, or your graphic expressions of any kind.
These pages are hand-stitched, and their covers are created entirely in the workshop using techniques that are more or less ancient, or invented.
These are unique pieces and very small series, so there is generally only one model that is truly identical in each color or variation. However, it is possible to remake models upon request or adapt them to your needs.
