Porcelain dessert plates - French craftsmanship
Four birds grace the porcelain.
Titmouse, lively and light; Eurasian bullfinch, flamboyant orange like a burst of flowers; Robin, with its discreet song in the cold of winter; Swallow, traveler of the horizons.
These birds nest in turn on fine plates, small bowls, and ristretto cups, like so many suspended moments, ready to take flight in your daily gestures or during a special occasion.
Each piece is made of porcelain, decorated with a bird via image transfer and powdery pink slip, and glazed with a glossy transparent glaze.
4 bird designs available: Eurasian bullfinch, titmouse, swallow, and robin.
Sold individually.
Unique pieces, made one by one in my studio. Certain elements may vary slightly from one piece to another: the decoration, the color, its intensity, the size, the glaze. Everything is handmade. The motif remains the same, or almost.
Porcelain is the most resistant clay there is, due to its high silica content, similar to glass. It is therefore very solid and perfectly suitable for daily use.
