Handmade notebook - French craftsmanship
Monochrome Series
This series highlights work with relief and texture. To perfect the monochrome look, the notebook edges are tinted the same color as the cover.
I mainly use leftover buckram fabric from the workshop assembled together, sometimes adding scraps of classic fabric or decorative paper.
This has two advantages: ecological, through upcycling elements that would otherwise be thrown away, and aesthetic, as it means a different creation for each copy!
120 pages, 120g paper for writing or drawing.
Very durable buckram fabric, washable with a damp sponge.

This series is part of what are generally called blank books: the pages are blank and their use is up to you, whether as a journal, notebook, guestbook...
On them can be placed comments from visitors or friends, your travel notes or deep thoughts, your graphic expressions of all kinds.
These pages are hand-stitched, and their covers created entirely in the workshop using techniques that are more or less ancient, or invented.
These are unique pieces and very small series, so there is generally only one truly identical model for each color or variation. However, it is possible to remake models upon request or to adapt them to your needs.
